Image Engineering Consultants was established in Dubai - U.A.E. in the year of 2012.
We are licensed from Department of Economic Development (DED) and Dubai Municipality (DM) to do Architectural Design Consultancy and Construction Engineering Services up to G+4. Moreover, we are authorized to take projects on the lands owned by Dubai Municipality, JAFZA, TECOM, Dubai Investments Park (DIP), Dubai Internet City (DIC), Dubai World Central (DWC), Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA), Dubai South, and Nakheel.
We are well equipped to handle projects such as Buildings up to G+4, Factories, Industrial Buildings, Mosques, Schools, Warehouses, Labor Accommodations, Sign Boards and Villas.

Image Engineering Consultants is engaged in General Civil Works offering solutions for Buildings, Luxury Villas, Mosques, Schools Labor Camps, Factories, Industrial Structures, Villas & Warehouses. The company is responsible for the Design, Approvals and Consulting that includes Steel Structural, Reinforced Concrete Design, MEP, Fire Fighting, Green Building regulations.
From conceptualization, drawings, approvals & project supervision till commissioning the building ready for occupancy, with all amenities including Architectural, Structural & MEP designs for Factories, Industrial Buildings, Office Buildings, Showrooms, Schools, Labor Accommodations, Warehouses, Villas, Commercial or Residential Buildings, Shopping Centers, Special Purpose Buildings, Sign Boards and etc.

OUR DEPARTMENTS
Architectural Department:
Our Architectural department team work closely to design, plan and develop new construction projects (residential & commercial), alterations and redevelopments. They use their specialist construction knowledge and high-level drawing skills to design buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.
They stay involved throughout the construction process, adapting their plans according to budget constraints, environmental factors or client needs. As such, they operate as part of an overall project design team, working closely with a range of construction professionals from quantity surveyors to building services engineers. Most importantly, they follow building codes, fire regulations, zoning laws and city ordinances when creating their plans.
Structural Department:
Our Structural Engineers work together to ensure that the structures must endure stresses and pressures inflicted through human use and environmental conditions. They configure structures, choose appropriate building material, inspect the construction work and ensure the structural soundness of buildings and structures. Moreover, they are concerned with the design and physical integrity of buildings and other large structures.
Unlike architects, who must focus on the appearance, shape, size and use of the building, structural engineers must solve technical problems - and help the architect achieve his or her vision for the project.
MEP Department:
Our MEP Engineers are responsible for designing, drafting and managing all components of a construction project related to the mechanical, electrical and plumbing. They work closely to ensure that the design of the structure elements such as HVAC, Electrical, Drainage and Firefighting are following the up to date codes and municipality requirements.
Interior Design Department:
Our Interior Designers use artistic elements to create living and working spaces that meet the needs of various clients. They have specialized education in building codes, environmental sustainability, technological design and other physical design considerations. Moreover, they are involved in the design or renovation of internal spaces, including structural alterations, furnishings, fixtures and fittings, lighting and color schemes.
Sustainability Department:
Our Sustainability Engineers promote sustainable solutions for the often-conflicting needs of people and the environment. They are responsible for delivering sustainable, low-energy and low carbon design projects in the built environment. They follow LEED and Estidama regulations to prepare low and zero-carbon technology feasibility studies and energy statements for local authority approval as part of planning applications.
